Training venue only
10% of the monthly income per Trainee for a maximum of six (6) hours per day
Facilitator and venue
12.5% of the monthly income with a minimum of five (5) Trainee for maximum of six (6) hours per day
Facilitator only
10% of the monthly income with a minimum five (5) Trainee for a maximum of three (3) hours per day
Training of Existing and New Staff
Our team of HR professionals is saddled with the stake of human capacity development in form of refresher courses for existing Members of Staff and induction courses for new staff.
1. Leadership Training
Soft skill in interpersonal development, with a major focus on leadership qualities that directly influence leading others to work under, stipulated and well-articulated instructions to achieve organizational goals.
2. Compliance Training
Staff compliance with workplace ethics needs to be emphasized regularly. Our HR team is always there to help our existing and potential client’s compliance assessment and guidelines to improve staff productivity.
3. Onboarding:
Ibadan Job Connect is equipped with resources to train newly recruited staff of any organization with the necessary skills to survive within the work space and to contribute effectively to the growth of the organization.
4. Sales/Product Training
Ibadan Job connect will guide an organization’s marketing team how to respond to critical inquiries from clients, with this value added-training, it will increase the demand and sales of goods and services
PLEASE NOTE
REQUIRED PAYMENT PERIOD: The COMPANY shall be required to pay 50% of the total sum of the SERVICE PROVIDER’S professional fee before commencement of the training process and the balance payable within the time frame of the training process upon receipt of the SERVICE PROVIDER’S invoice.
