TERMS

  1. Pro-recruit shall commence when all pre-conditions of the services are satisfactorily completed.
    (Full payment made, detailed job description and requirements provided including salary, work schedule and job location).
  1. Ibadan Job Connect shall provide 3- 5 candidates to the hiring company. Candidates will not be thoroughly interviewed but rather their experiences and qualifications will be confirmed through a telephone call and be notified of the company their CVs will be sent.
  1. Candidates must be given at least 48 hours prior notice to any interview keeping the Ibadan Job Connect recruitment team in the notice of dates set for interviews.
  1. Ibadan Job Connect shall not be responsible if candidates are not given 48 hours’ notice and do not show up for the interview 
  1. The employer must report any case of misconduct within the stipulated period of one month, for us to effect the required change or else pay a new service fee for the new worker.
  1. A replacement of candidates who have worked more than a month or candidates who have been dismissed from the company due to personal reasons will only be replaced by Ibadan Job Connect at a service cost/charge.
  1. Jobseekers fully understand that false information may be grounds for not hiring or for immediate termination of employment at any point in the future if hired. He/She authorizes the verification of any or all information submitted to prospective employer.
  1. Job seekers are advised to choose Jobs relevant to their qualifications and/or experience to avoid being disqualified from Job Placement.
  1. In consideration of Ibadan Job Connect providing job placement service, the applicant will be required to sign an agreement to pay a processing/job placement service fee which is the 20% of his/her first and second month salary only. Employers may decide not to be involved in this deduction as the Applicant will be remitting this personally to the Ibadan Job Connect bank account. Employer may be willing to implement the necessary deduction from the employee’s first  and second salary based on the Applicant’s consent after employment.
  1. Background checks can be conducted by Ibadan Job Connect and handed over to the hiring company(employer) at an extra cost but the responsibility of the candidate depends solely on the employer.
  2. Ibadan Job Connect will only conduct background checks based on a written request by the employer and after payment of a prescribed fee
